For over a decade, he led prospective intelligence initiatives designed to support collaboration between UNFCCC Parties and national governments. Additionally, he represented Spain in Scenario 5 of the UN Millennium Ecosystem Assessment, which helped shape long-term sustainability models that later influenced global development pathways. He now serves as Delegate for Climate Emergency & Dual Technologies (CESN), where he advances cooperation between national security and environmental policy.
Climate Finance, Carbon Architecture & Regulatory Design
Lindo shaped UNFCCC climate policy for more than fifteen years. He worked on voluntary carbon markets, pricing systems, and environmental credit frameworks. As a result, he contributed to mechanisms that direct private capital into climate mitigation at scale. Furthermore, he regularly connects market participants, multilateral institutions, and governments, helping them operate with aligned incentives.
His Role as CIO at NatureBrain
NatureBrain builds intelligence infrastructure for nature-based asset investment — and Lindo will guide that architecture with strategic rigor.
